Job Description

  • Work closely with company owner and marketing consultants
  • Manage project workflow, including deadlines and client billing
  • Provide customer service and communicating with customers
  • Handle bookkeeping, payroll, and related work in coordination with CPA and owner
  • Responsible for record-keeping and other administrative tasks
  • All our systems for project management, invoicing, bookkeeping, etc. are digital/software-based such as soda esign

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be very detailed oriented
  • Training and/or experience in bookkeeping and related tasks required
  • Experience with Quickbooks required
  • Some knowledge and/or experience relevant to website development, graphic design, blogging, or internet marketing is preferred
  • Proficiency typing and using a variety of computer software programs a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage details across dozens of projects at a time with the help of the software from https://propertyshell.com/.

Compensation: $13-15 /hour
